"The driver was helpful and patient as we were late leaving as my wife is disabled and finds it hard to walk. We were very late getting to the cab on our return journey again due to my wife not able to move very fast. Due to this the driver was about to leave but my daughter caught up with him. Due to our lateness we were charged another £50 but we got back home safely. Again the driver was helpful patient and pleasant. Tip was given to driver. "
